Manage your subscription
If you want to make any changes in your subscription, you can do so through the relevant section in Your Profile page. Through this section, you may add or update your billing address or payment methods and see your billing history and invoices.
Update your main account details

Update your main account details
If you want to update the details linked to the main account of your organization's subscription:
- Click Your Profile in the left sidebar menu.
- Click the Account Info drop-down and select Organization Info.
- Scroll down to the Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.

- Click Account Information.
- Click on the account area
- Fill-in or change the information.
- Click Update.
Update your billing address
If you want to update the billing address linked to your organization's subscription:
- Click Your Profile in the left sidebar menu.
- Click the Account Info drop-down and select Organization Info.
- Scroll down to the Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.

- Click Billing Address.
- Click on the billing area.
- Fill-in or change the information.
- Click Update.
Update your payment method: Credit card
If you want to update your credit card used as payment method for your organization's subscription:
- Click Your Profile in the left sidebar menu.
- Click the Account Info drop-down and select Organization Info.
- Scroll down to the Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.

- Click Payment Methods.
- Click on the payment method area.
- Click the Edit Payment Method.
- Fill-in the credit card's information.
- Click Update.
Update your payment method: Bank Account
If you want to update your bank account used as payment method for your organization's subscription:
- Click Your Profile in the left sidebar menu.
- Click the Account Info drop-down and select Organization Info.
- Scroll down to the Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.

- Click Payment Methods.
- Click on the payment method area.
- Click the Edit Payment Method.
- Click on ACH.
- Click on the Pay with GOCARDLESS button.
Add a new payment method
If you want to add a new payment method for your organization's subscription:
- Click Your Profile in the left sidebar menu.
- Click the Account Info drop-down and select Organization Info.
- Scroll down to the Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.

- Click Payment Methods.
- Click on the Add New button.
- Fill-in the credit card's information and click Add.
OR - Click on ACH.
- Click on the Pay with GOCARDLESS button.
View billing history and invoices
If you want to check your billing history and relevant invoices:
- Click Your Profile in the left sidebar menu.
- Click the Account Info drop-down and select Organization Info.
- Scroll down to the Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription.

- Click to Download invoices.
