Adding personal information

Once you have gained access to Wellics™ Wellness platform you may add or update your personal information.

To edit your personal information:

  1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Profile.
  2. Click the Edit button.

  3. Click on any field you want to edit and type-in or select the text.
  4. Once you have finished, click Save.

Please note:

  • Profile picture should be in either .jpg, .jpeg or .png format and maximum size 5MB.
  • In case your Admin has connected BambooHR software to invite you on the Wellics™ platform, your personal data that are stored in BambooHR along with your profile picture will be automatically retrieved and stored in Wellics™ platform. In case you do not see this data, something has gone wrong in the data import and you have to fill-in the data manually in Your Profile page.

 

What is the Reward System and how do I participate?

Your organization may select to award you for your engagement with the Wellics™ platform and/or your achievements every 3 months. If that is the case, then you will see the relevant option activated and you will be able to choose if you will participate (opt-in) or not (opt-out).

There are two types of rewards:

  • Experience rewards related to the experience you gain on well-being through your engagement with the content of Your Focus section.
  • Achievement rewards related to your achievements as tracked through Your Journey section.

To opt-in (or opt-out) for the Experience Rewards:

  1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Reward System area.
  3. Turn on (or off) the Opt-in for Experience rewards option.

To opt-in (or opt-out) for the Achievement Rewards:

  1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Reward System area.
  3. Turn on (or off) the Opt-in for Achievement rewards option.

Please note:

  • You can opt-in or opt-out for one or both rewards any time.
  • To be eligible for the award of the 3-months period, you need to have the relevant option ON at the last day of the educational module.
  • When you have opt-in for a specific reward, your Admin will be able to see your relevant points.
  • This option is given to you also upon your registration. 

 

I don’t want to receive e-mail notifications. What should I do?

Every time new content is released on the Wellics™ platform for you, you will receive a notification through e-mail. Moreover, every Thursday you will get an extra e-mail to check your weekly progress.

You may de-activate the option to receive e-mail notifications every week from the Wellics™ platform at any time. To do so:

  1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Email notifications area.
  3. Uncheck the Subscribe to email notifications box.

Please note:

  • If you change your mind, repeat steps 1 and 2. In step 3, check the Subscribe to email notifications box. From that time onwards, you will receive all new email notifications.

 

I don’t want to receive notifications on my iPhone. What should I do?

Every time new content is released on the Wellics™ platform for you, you will receive a notification on your phone. Moreover, every Thursday you will get an extra notification to check your weekly progress.

To turn off notifications:

  1. Go to your phone’s Settings > Notifications.
  2. Scroll down the list of apps to find Wellics.
  3. Click on Wellics. 
  4. Turn off the Allow notifications option.

 

I don’t want to receive notifications on my Android phone. What should I do?

Every time new content is released on the Wellics™ platform for you, you will receive a notification on your phone. Moreover, every Thursday you will get an extra notification to check your weekly progress.

To turn off notifications:

  1. Go to your phone’s Settings > Notifications.
  2. Scroll down the list of apps to find Wellics.
  3. Click on Wellics. 
  4. Turn on the Block all option.

 

Deleting personal data

Respecting the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may delete the data you have entered so far in the platform including personal data, metrics data, goals etc. at any time.

  1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Account area.
  3. Click on Delete Data button.

Please note:

  • This action is irreversible, so be sure that you want to proceed before performing step 4.
  • You will still have access to the Wellics™ platform, but you will have to start adding data again. 

 

Delete my account

Respecting the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may delete your Wellics™ account including all data you have entered so far in the platform. Once you do this, you will no longer be able to login to the Wellics™ platform.

  1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Account area. 
  3. Click on Delete Account button.

Please note:

  • This action is irreversible, so be sure that you want to proceed before performing step 4.
  • If you change your mind, you will have to ask your Admin to invite you again. However, your data will be lost so you will have to start from the beginning.
