Managing your organization's info
Once you have gained access to the Wellics platform, you may add or update your organization's information.
To edit the organization's information:
- Click Your Profile in the left sidebar menu.
- Click the Account Info drop-down and select Organization Info.
- Click the Edit button.
- Click on any field you want to edit and type in or select the text.
- Once you have finished, click Save.
Please note:
- Your organization logo file should be in either .jpg, .jpeg or .png format and maximum size 5MB.
- Once you upload your organization logo, the Wellics™ logo on the left sidebar bar will be replaced by yours.
Managing your organization reward preferences
Wellics™ platform enables you to give incentives to increase engagement and encourage your employees to embrace healthy attitudes and behaviors.
There are two types of incentives:
- Experience rewards related to the consistency of your wellness innovators and the consumption of videos and linked content of Your Focus section that increases their experience on well-being.
- Achievement rewards related to the achievements of your top performers as tracked by the employees through Your Journey section.
You may choose to enable one reward, both or none based on your organization’s strategy.
To enable (or disable) the Experience Rewards for your organization:
- In the left sidebar menu, click Your Profile.
- Click the Account Info drop-down and select Organization info.
- Scroll down to the Organization Reward System.
- Turn on (or off) the Experience Rewards.
To enable (or disable) the Achievement Rewards for your organization:
- In the left sidebar menu, click Your Profile.
- Click the Account Info drop-down and select Organization info.
- Scroll down to the Organization Reward System
- Turn on (or off) the Achievement Rewards option.
Please note:
- If you do not activate any of the rewards, then the leaderboards in Your Employees’ Rewards page will be empty.
- Some of your employees may have chosen to opt-out from one or both rewards. If that is case, then these users will not be present in the leaderboards in Your Employees’ Rewards page.
