Join a self-challenge

      Learn how to join a self-challenge for personal development.

      Self-challenges are tailored to focus on specific areas of personal development, offering tangible benefits that pave the way for a more vibrant and fulfilled life.

      Self-challenges are always available; you have the opportunity to join and improve your wellness through a fun and healthy competition. To do so, follow the steps below:

      1. In the left sidebar menu, click your_challenges_button.
      2. Click on the join_button button you will see on the challenge card.

      3. If you want to have a look on the details of the challenge and learn more about it, click on challenge_details_button on the pop-up window that will appear.
      4. Click join_button.

      Please note:

      • The duration of weekly self-challenges is fixed at 7 days, and the start date is the date on which you join the challenges.
      • For the remaining self-challenges, the user can declare the date range during which the self-challenge is intended to run.
