Make and Remove Admins

      As a Wellics Admin, you have the power to create a thriving well-being environment for your team. Part of this responsibility involves granting admin rights to trustworthy colleagues and removing them when necessary.

      Once you have invited users and they have successfully created their Wellics accounts, you will have the ability to grant admin rights to additional users or remove existing Admins, excluding yourself.

      Do you have team members who are passionate about well-being and share your vision for a healthier workplace? Wellics allows you to empower these individuals by making them Admins. Here's how to delegate admin rights: 

      1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Employees.
      2. Find the employee you want to grant admin rights and click Make admin.

      Please note:

      This action does not transfer your admin rights to another colleague. If you want to do this please go to this page.

      Remove Admins

      Situations may arise where you need to revoke admin rights from a colleague. Here's how to accomplish this on Wellics:

      1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Employees.
      2. Find the employee you want to grant admin rights and click Remove admin.
