      Learn how our educational system works.

      Our micro-coaching system comprises four standard modules per year, one for each quarter. Each module is created by world-class experts and focuses on one primary behavior or dimension of well-being. It consists of educational content in the form of videos, podcasts, articles, and more.

      Every week, you will receive new content about how different well-being aspects affect your health and productivity to keep you going. Our experts will provide you with useful tips, and if you put them into practice, you will see improvements in your well-being.

      Each module is linked to a specific well-being metric (e.g., the “Master your sleep” module is linked to sleep duration), so the more data you log for that metric, the more insights you will gain about your progress. Moreover, your company will be able to assess the wellness program and offer you more services to enjoy!

      To go through the educational content of the current week:

      1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Focus.
      2. Click on the Play button to start the video.

      3. Scroll down to the Linked content area.
      4. Click on the CTA buttons (Watch now / Read more / Find out more / Download now / Listen Now).

      Please note:

      • When you click on one of the CTA buttons of the Linked content you will be transferred to another website, and you will have to get back to the platform once you’ve finished.

      Additional actions on video:

      • You may turn the video to full screen by clicking the Fullscreen
      • You may adjust the volume of the video by clicking on a specific point of the Volume controller.
      • You may Pause the video once started.
      • You may jump to a specific time in the video by clicking on the Progress bar.
      • You may speed up or slow down the video by going to Settings > Speed and select a different option.
      • You may change the quality of the video by going to Settings > Quality and select a different option.

      Please note:

      • If you are a newcomer to the company, you will follow the wellness program now onwards, so you may have missed some educational content that your colleagues have already viewed. Don’t worry! Content of past weeks or past modules is available to you to consume on your own pace.

      To go through the educational content that has been released in previous weeks:

      1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Focus.
      2. Click on the right-side drop-down list related to weeks.
      3. Select the Week of which you want to view the content.

      4. Now you may view the content as usual.

      To go through the educational content that has been released in previous modules:

      1. In the left sidebar menu, click Your Focus.
      2. Click on the left-side drop-down list related to modules.
      3. Select the Module of which you want to view the content.

      5. Select the Week of which you want to view the content.
